FAQs

  • Festivities kick off with a River float down the Madison on Thursday Morning, August 27. We will arrange transportation for those who will be around.

We understand that dedicating time from your week to be here may pose challenges; therefore, please feel free to arrive at a time that is most convenient for you.

  • The best way to fly to Bozeman, Montana, is to book a flight into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). This airport is the closest and most convenient for reaching Bozeman and the surrounding areas. Major airlines such as Delta, Alaska Airlines, United, and American Airlines operate flights to BZN, often with layovers in larger hub cities like Denver, Salt Lake City, or Seattle.

For the most direct route, check for connecting flights through these hubs. Booking in advance can help secure better prices. Upon arrival, ground transportation options include rental cars, taxis, ride-shares, and shuttle services, depending on your destination within Bozeman or nearby attractions.

  • Thusrday Welcome Party: Casual chic, whatever

Friday Rehearsal Party: Cocktail / Montana Chic

    Saturday Wedding: Black Tie optional

We recommend comfortable shoes as there is a bit of a walk to the ceremony site (block heels recommended if any!)

  • We love your little ones, but our wedding events are for adults only, aside from our immediate family. Please plan for kids to stay home. Thank you!

If you need help arranging childcare in Bozeman, Landry and Ollie have a few recommendations for the best nannies in town.

  • Please RSVP by July 10, 2026!

  • If you are planning on doing any hiking or exploring the greater Bozeman area, having a car is recommended. It is not totally necessary since much of Bozeman is walkable near Downtown.

  • Late August in Bozeman, Montana, typically features warm days ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s, but can get chilly in the evenings, often dropping into the 50s or low 60s. Bring layers and a light jacket under the Big Sky.

Bozeman sits at ~4,800 elevation, so stay hydrated, and don’t forget a rain jacket for the occasional mountain thunderstorm!

  • We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue for the ceremony and reception from Downtown.

All other wedding events will be located in Downtown, which is walkable. And Uber/Lyft are great in Bozeman.

  • With Paradise Valley and Big Sky both within an hours drive, and Yellowstone National Park just two hours away, we recommend extending your trip (Labor Day weekend is the following weekend). We have spent a ton of time in all of these places so we are happy to provide any recommendations on the area.
